Get help with a problem

Start with the message on the page. It usually identifies whether information is missing, access is restricted or a saved version has changed.

I cannot see an edit button

Check the trip's phase, your role and your account licence. Viewer access does not include financial details or editing. Archived trips show a limited summary until restored.

Ask a trip Owner about your membership, or your administrator about your licence. Signing in alone does not grant access to every trip.

My save did not work

For a validation error, correct the highlighted fields in the form and save again. A conflict means the trip changed after you opened the form; review the saved version before retrying.

If the app cannot confirm whether a save succeeded, use Check saved trip in a new tab before closing the draft or trying again. A connection problem can happen after the server has already saved the change.

My first place starts before my flights arrive

Open the incoming journey in Journey planner, check the last leg's local arrival date and save it again. In Plan, this aligns the dated first segment and its connected schedule. You can also edit the first segment's start date. If a pinned date blocks the change, review that date before editing or unpinning it. See arrival dates and connections.

My segment dates have gaps or overlaps

Check the affected segment dates and saved travel first. Fix segment gaps in Edit trip is available for schedule gaps or overlaps when a trip start date is set. It resets all transport and joins the remaining segments, keeping accommodation and itinerary entries but moving dates and clearing affected pins. Read what gap repair changes before confirming. Missing hotel nights alone do not require this reset.

A total is incomplete

Check the cost's amount, dates, traveller selection and currency conversion. Blank is unknown; zero is a deliberate free price. Use Update exchange rates when a reference conversion is missing, or review the original estimate.

A missing external result should not require recreating the entire trip. Saved research, manual times and written plans remain useful while a provider is unavailable.

An activity needs a valid saved website to have a linked title. Map controls need a saved address or linked place. Edit the item to check these separately; a website is not automatically a location.

Some integrations may be unavailable on your installation. Check displayed notices and contact the person who runs the service if the problem continues.

Report a problem or suggest an improvement

Open Feedback if it is available, then choose Log an item. Search existing reports first. Describe what you were trying to do, the steps you took, what you expected and what happened. Add the application version if you know it.

Screenshots can help, but remove booking references, personal contacts and other sensitive information first. The feedback board is shared with all active registered users, not only members of your trip.

You can follow discussion and status on the report. A feature request records your suggestion; it does not change your saved trip or promise a delivery date.
