plotpace.com helps you and your travel companions plan holidays. These terms apply when you create an account or use the planner.

Your account

Use an account you control. Your sign-in provider manages your password and its own terms. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for the information you enter here.

Planning and shared trips

This service records travel plans; it does not book or confirm accommodation, transport or activities. Check dates, availability, prices and travel requirements with the relevant supplier before relying on a plan.

Trip owners manage traveler access. People linked to a trip can see its shared planning information; editing depends on their role. Only enter information you have permission to share with those travelers.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's account or private trips without permission, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content. You retain ownership of the content you provide and permit the service to store and display it for planning and sharing your trips.

Google Maps

Google Maps lookup and trip maps are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Confirm that the selected place matches your intended stop before saving.

Availability and changes

The planner is currently a private service under development. Features may change and interruptions may occur. Keep an independent copy of essential booking and travel information.

Leaving the service

You can stop using the service at any time. Contact the person who provided your access to request account or data removal. Shared trip records may need to be retained for other travelers; discuss those records with the trip owner.

Your rights and questions

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions about these terms or your access, contact the person who provided your access to this private instance.
